Why wont my new video card work!?

I have a visiontek ATI Radeon x1300 AGP video card. I have a slot for it and i already disabled my onboard card but every time i try and boot it with the card, it boots up but there no picture on my monitor! I cant seem to find an answer. If you have any ideas let me know.|||You need to make sure the drivers are installed for the card, and the the card is completely compatible with your motherboard/ Operating system. Then try turning it off, unplugging it, taking the card out and reinstalling it. If all else fails you might just have a faulty card and need to return it.|||are you using your stock power supply?it could be that theres not enough power for the video card.check your user manual to see how much power the video card requires.you may need a bigger power supply.

hope this helps.|||plug in your monitor in the onboard card slot and try... if it was there... pug it into the new card slot|||The 4-pin molex power cable needs to be plugged into the card.|||that card is crooked, dude.|||buddy, the v card doesn't support to your M board...thats it..

try changing the m board anyway
