Who can install a video card?

hey what store or is there any place that installs video cards because the last time i tried to install a video card i screwed everything up|||you should be able to do it just make sure if you have a pci express x16 slot you get a pci express x16 card or if you have a agp slot you get a agp card from there just install it and install drivers one more thing make sure you have the power for it.|||Just cut the slots so that the card will fit.
