Is my computer good for gaming? Should I get a new video card?

My computer has a AMD Phenom 9500 Quad-Core Processor, 6 GB worth of memory, and 649 GB for storage. It also came with a NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE card. Are the specs decent for gaming? I've been thinking of getting a new video card but i do not know if my frame rate problem is with the video card or something else.|||go to:

they'll tell you whether your pc is compatible with ANY game.|||get a $100+ ATi or Nvida video cards.|||yes, but change the GPU,i recommend (ATI HD4770 DDR5 512 ram) and you need a power supply more than 550W for perfect performance.|||Get the Geforce 9800

its probably the best GPU ive ever had

about 105$
