Right Temps For My Video Card?

I am Currently gaming on a HIS HD 4670 1Gb Ice Q video card. when im playing black ops my video card usage goes up to about 93% and my temp stays at about 59 Degrees Celsius. is this an okay temp or should i get it fixed?|||Don't worry, that's a normal temperature.|||59 degrees is very low. Graphics cards can work very stable at temperatures exceeding 80 degrees.
