What is the best video card for me?

I have a Dell XPS 400 with Pentium D 3.0ghz 4GB PC6400 DDR2 375Wpsu. I am looking for a quality but in-expensive(under $100?) video card that would be good for watching movies on a 46" HDTV. What video card would best suit the performance of my computer as well as meet my needs?|||About any card from the Nvidia GeForce G210 and ATI HD 5450 up is good. The power supply looks quite weak, so get something like a HD 5550, HD 5670, GT240, or GT220. Just make sure your PC power supply can handle the power consumption.|||For watching HD movies a $50 card like the ATI Radeon HD 4650 or GeForce GT220 is enough.

However, the GeForce GT240 and Radeon HD 5570 are much better cards for just a little more money (especially after rebates). Those are good enough for playing most games on medium settings.

Of those cards the GT240 is the best performer. But if you just need something for regular work and watching movies, the $50 cards are fine. Your 375 watt power supply is plenty for any of them... the GT240 has the highest power consumption of the bunch, and it only requires a 300W psu so you're fine.
